Will I get the same amount every time the Colorful+ renews every month? Will I get less since it’s a first time purchase? If so, how less will I get?

Currently a SD at 10,000 employee global company, corporate role (not Eng) at $270K TC. WLB is fine, but uninspired and can't see myself here forever. Good part is I have a great boss and large team. I was offered a similar role at a FAANG company, at $305K TC but title is lower (SM) with smaller scope & team.
